It is our aim to provide our clients a positive experience with La CigaleShop, we will accept a request for return within three days of the receipt of your purchase. Please contact us at email@example.com within three days of the receipt of your order to request a return number. Please use the same box and packaging we sent to you so the goods are adequately protected during transit.
The items on the sale and swiming wear will not be accepted for return.
The items must be returned in the condition in which they were sent to you. The swing tags must still be in place. No returns will be accepted without the swing tag or if the items are used, soiled or damaged.
The items should be shipped back to us within five days of the delivery of your order. Do note that you will have to bear the shipping costs of return shipment. You are encouraged to return items via registered mail, as we are not responsible for any lost mails.

All merchandise that is returned to La CigaleShop in accordance to the policy set out on these pages will be credited to you by transfer or cheque during the 30 days from the delivery of the return item. The exceptions are as below:
Sale items is non refundable and non exchangeable.
